Yoga For young athletes

Teacher Patti- 200 hr RYT certified through yoga alliance
This class is geared towards athletes. We prepare your children physically for competitive sports but mentally can they handle it? During this hour your athlete will be taught strength and flexibility both physically and mentally. They will be pushed to the limit through yoga psoed then taught how to mentally handle the pressure through breath and mantras. There will be stretching at the end of each class.

Kids Yoga ages 4-7

Teacher Patti- 200 hr RYT certified through yoga alliance
This is a dynamic class where your child will learn yoga in a fun and positive atmosphere. During this time we will practice sun salutations, many fun yoga poses, share creativity as well as learning calming breath, relaxation and finding stillness.

Tween Yoga ages 8-14

This class helps prepare your child for the years ahead. Teaching them not only great yoga postures and breath technique but also helping them understand themselves and their body better both physically and mentally so they can make better choices for themselves.

Adult Yoga
All Levels
This class will provide you a unique yoga practice where you will be challenged both physically and mentally while also calming the mind and reducing stress. This class will strength and tone muscles, build core strength and increase flexibility. It is a combination of traditional and therapeutic yoga. Come connect with your inner self and get a great work out.
